Information you give us. When you request our Product Page Leak Scorecard, subscribe to updates, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about your store or enquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider’s standard server logs may record limited technical data, such as your IP address, device type, and browser, which we use to keep the Site secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies. See Cookies below.
How we use your information
- To send you the Scorecard or other resources you request.
- To send you updates and marketing emails where you have opted in, and to let you unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to your enquiries and schedule and conduct calls.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for marketing emails), our legitimate interests (to run and improve our site and respond to enquiries), and, where relevant, to take steps to enter into or perform a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, who process it on our instructions:
- Brevo: to store contacts and send email.
- Calendly: to schedule and manage calls.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers: to serve and secure the website.
We may also disclose data where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.

We use only essential cookies that are necessary for the Site to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown.
