These terms govern your use of convergegrowth.com (the “Site”), operated by Converge Growth (“Converge Growth”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

Converge Growth provides conversion diagnosis, product page optimisation, and Shopify store services for ecommerce brands. The Site itself is informational: it describes our services, shares insights, and lets you request resources or book a call. It is not a checkout, and using it does not create a client engagement.

Engagements and fees

Any paid engagement (such as a Product Page Audit or implementation work) is agreed separately in writing, including its scope, fees, and terms. Prices and descriptions shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to provide services on those terms.

No guarantee of results

Conversion optimisation depends on many factors outside our control, and results vary between stores. Except where we expressly state a specific guarantee in a signed engagement, we do not promise any particular commercial outcome. Content on the Site is provided for general information and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, and logos) are owned by Converge Growth or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission, other than for normal personal viewing of the Site.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (for example, scheduling and email tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Converge Growth is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
