Black Friday revenue, on 6% more traffic
The challenge
The store was running ads and getting visitors, but only 0.76% of them bought. Session recordings, GA4 and Shopify Analytics showed where it went wrong.
Only 46 of the 177 visitors who reached the product page got halfway down it.
Over 70% never saw the reviews and trust content. The reasons to buy sat below the point where most people stopped scrolling.
What we changed
We rebuilt the product page around what buyers needed to see, then tested it.
Proof moved up the page.
The reviews and trust content now sit where buyers are still reading.
One clear subscription choice.
We reworked the subscription flow so the options are clear at a glance.
Less to scroll past.
Sections buyers weren’t using came off the page.
Built and tested by one team.
Designed in Figma, built into the store’s own theme and A/B tested, so we knew what each change added.
